Job Offer: Campus Link Officer (VIE/International Intern - 14 months)

As a Campus Link Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the student experience and promoting a sense of belonging across our various campuses. Here's how you'll contribute:


Campus Life:

  • Guide students through housing arrangements, ensuring a smooth transition to campus life.
  • Energize student life by collaborating with students to establish a streamlined association structure, facilitating smooth operations across all our campuses.
  • Standardize association creation processes and administrative practices to promote cohesion.
  • Provide guidance and support to student associations and projects, offering mentorship and assistance.
  • Harmonize campus management practices and administrative systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Foster inter-campus exchanges and integration through a unified approach to presentation and recruitment.

Culture:

  • Coordinate cultural activities across all campuses, encouraging collaboration between student associations.
  • Organize events and inter-campus meetings to promote cultural exchange and engagement.
  • Develop cultural discovery initiatives to enrich the student experience.
  • Communicate cultural news and opportunities to students.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external organizations, such as theaters, to expand the cultural offerings.

Events and Major Projects:

  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to events and major projects, enhancing the school's visibility and appeal on regional, national, and international levels.
  • Manage key school events, such as Welcome Day and Class Gift initiatives.
  • Develop action plans for major projects, ensuring feasibility and competitiveness.
  • Oversee student teams responsible for project management, providing guidance on legal and financial aspects.
  • Showcase project outcomes both internally and externally to highlight their value.
  • Facilitate project continuity from year to year, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Encourage the development of high-value projects beneficial to students and the school.

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in French.
  • Autonomous Work: Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Team spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering cooperation and mutual support among colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify challenges, analyze situations, and develop creative solutions to address issues related to student life, events, and projects.
  • Project Management: Experience in organizing and managing projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to ensure successful outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.


This position is open as International Intern (V.I.E), the condition to undertake this kind of contract are the following: 

- Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29 : you must be 28 when you start your assignment, bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month.

- Be French or a European citizen.

- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°).

- Have a clean criminal record.

- Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment : no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.

- Accept the letter of appointment that you sign with Business France which sets out your rights and your duties during your assignment.
