An onboarding process

Before your arrival, you are in contact with your HR contact to prepare your integration file. On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by the Quality of Life at Work team, then by your manager who will visit the campus and introduce you to your colleagues.

Caen Campus

Close to the city centre, the campus is accessible by tram and also has a private car park reserved for employees.

Dublin Campus

Located close to the financial district, in one of the most attractive and vibrant cities in the UK, the Dublin campus opened in September 2017.

Le Havre Campus

The new campus in Le Havre opened its doors in September 2020! With a new building of more than 14,000 m², open and futuristic, it offers new training and living spaces perfectly adapted to students and employees.
Located on the quayside, the campus is accessible by public transport.

Paris Campus

The Paris campus is ideally located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of the capital.

EM Normandie is setting up its new campus at the gates of Paris (17th arrondissement).
Located in the heart of the new urban centre of Clichy-la-Garenne (92), near Levallois-Perret, and served by the Metro lines 13 and 14, the tram, the RER and the train, this new campus is next to more than 7,000 companies, including in particular the headquarters of L'Oréal, Etam, Monoprix, SNCF, Amazon France, Eiffage, Geodis, SAP France, etc.

Gender equality index

Within the framework of the law "For the freedom to choose your professional future", EM Normandie publishes its 2020 gender equality index which is the result of a calculation on the following 5 indicators:

  • Gender pay gap
  • Difference in the distribution of individual salary increases
  • Difference in the distribution of promotions
  • Number of employees salary increase upon their return from maternity leave
  • Number of under-represented gender in the top 10 highest earnings

On a maximum scale of 100 points, EM Normandie obtains the score of 79/100, already placing it above the objectives set at 3 years by the French Ministry of Labour.
